Problem:

The SpyderGallery does not find the Spyder sensor, even if the Spyder is connected to the computer and the SpyderGallery Desktop is running on the computer:

 

Solution:
Please make sure your mobile device (Android / iOS) running the SpyderGallery app is connected (by WLAN / WiFi) with the same network as you computer (WLAN / LAN).
Make also sure that the devices are allowed to communicate with each other. Check the WLAN router settings on entries like „WLAN devices are allowed to communicate with each other” to be ON or „Hotel mode“ to be OFF.
Please also check the computer firewall that the port Port 9696 is not blocked.
