Scientifically adjust your luminance; utilizing Elite and its Colorimeter feature.

To utilize your “colorimeter” feature of your Elite software; Plug in you sensor; into a rear USB port only. Now launch your application. In the upper left hand corner select Tools; in the tool bar. Now select “colorimeter window” when the window pops up select [initialize]. You will receive a prompt to place the senor on the screen. Place it centered within the white square. Once in place select the [take reading] button. Now you will see values within the CIE areas. The CIE area of interest is CIE xyY. Adjust your monitors luminance utilizing the brightness/backlight control until the cap Y value is The desired value (in candelas per meter squared.) | |
