I see no difference in my prints no matter what adjustments I add in Spyder3Print’s Black and White settings. What am I missing here?

Black & White softproof settings only effect an images proof preview in applications that use the printer profile to offer a softproof of printed images. These settings are used to adjust the softproof view to make it a more precise match to the print. They do not directly effect the printed output, but can effect your choice of visual edits of images that are being viewed through a softproof mode.
