How does the SpyderCHECKR 24 apply a change to my images?

The SpyderCHECKR software analyzes the capture target for a particular camera and lens combination then compares it to the known values for each color patch. It uses this analysis to create a profile that will adjust the values for Hue, Saturation and Luminance in each color channel of the supported editing application.
