Wrong calibration on laptops that have CABC Content-adaptive backlight control

On modern mid range to high end laptop please check for the usage of Content-adaptive backlight control (CABC). THIS has to be DISABLED (often in the bios)
IMPORTANT: Sometimes a patch is needed to have the ability to disable the CABC function.
