Ensure you are utilizing a rear USB port; on laptops unplug all USB peripherals. Do not utilize front ports, powered hubs, monitor or keyboard ports. Still having issues, go to http://spyder.datacolor.com Download and install the appropriate Spyder2 or Spyder3 driver. Restart system. | |
