Does Spyder software work with emulated OSes?

The video card driver implementation in the virtual machine is not supporting the Windows system call "SetDeviceGammaRamp" So, even if Spyder software could identify the monitor, it would not be able to calibrate it because the LUT download does not function. However Macs calibrated under OS X for standard use, then calibrated again under Parallels using the Windows version of our software, are reasonably well corrected in Parallels windows by the Mac VLUT calibration of the overall system, plus the Windows ICC profile used in the Windows windows, despite the unusual combination.
