I purchased SpyderLensCal to correct the autofocus of my newest DSLR. No problems there. But now I’d like to use it with my older “backup body” and my point and shoot camera as well. Is there any way to do that?

It is certainly possible to confirm the autofocus of any camera with SpyderLensCal; but if your other cameras don’t have internal functions for making and storing autofocus correction adjustments, then all this will do is confirm whether the autofocus is correct or not, without providing a way to correct it. As newer cameras come to market, it appears that a broader range of new bodies will provide autofocus compensation capabilities. You may find that newer cameras you acquire, even if they are not top end DSLRs, will allow for this type of correction.
