Can I calibrate my fisheye lens with SpyderLensCal?

Fisheye lenses are challenging to calibrate, as they tend to have a very deep depth of focus. If you can reduce the depth of focus sufficiently for the angled ruler on SpyderLensCal to distinguish the focal zone, then you can calibrate the lens, if your camera allows for that lens model to store autofocus calibration data.
