What is the difference between a SpyderCheckr Camera Calibration and a DNG Camera Profile?

There are a number of differences, including the locations in the software interface where you apply them, but they both do similar things. DNG profiles have the disadvantage of requiring a DNG conversion in advance, which may not reflect your usual RAW workflow, and DNG profiles are not easy to edit, if you have any editing toosl for them at all. | |
